Welcome to Train With Leslie. I’m a personal trainer in Tigard, OR and I thrive on the challenge of helping clients reach their fitness goals. I offer One-On-One Training, Small Group Training, Home Training and Virtual Training. I use a variety of techniques and exercie styles including kettle bells, TRX, free weights, resistence bands, body weight exercises and cardio. With these methods my goal is to help clients reach their optimal level of individual health and fitness. Exercise is like a drug! Often the hardest part is just getting started. I want to be that spark of motivation to jump-start clients into exercise training and help them stick with it. Staying fit and healthy is vital to excelling in all aspects of life including work, recreation and relationships! Let’s get started!
